Most businesses have a need for secure archive storage, so Scarlet's dedicated archive area is tailor made to offer the solution.

Your archive boxes and tubes will be collected in an unmarked vehicle and brought to the storage area where they will be security banded and checked for moisture to ensure that the contents will not deteriorate. Your archives will then remain sealed for the entire time they are held in store. To maintain confidentiality, we recommend that all packages are labelled in a way that cannot be linked to your company, other than through our secure, offsite computer records.

Our catalogue system will keep your records accurate and up to date, and your archives are available for retrieval at any time on 24 hours notice.

All the archive containers are regularly checked, and humidity levels in the room are carefully monitored.

SECURE DESTRUCTION

To remain compliant with the Data Protection Act, companies are responsible for keeping confidential information secure, even when it is disposed of.

Scarlet undertakes the secure destruction of employee, legal, medical and financial records including files, letterheads, security passes, old contracts, tapes and credit cards. We issue a Certificate of Destruction on completion.
