All shipments need an air waybill. We can deal with all paperwork on document deliveries, and can provide preprinted air waybills for regular shippers. Details to complete are:
- Date
- Sender's name, address and telephone number
- Reference number
- Recipient's name, address and telephone number (PO Box addresses must be accompanied by a telephone number
- Number of pieces, total weight and size
- Full description of goods
- Unit value (and currency)
- Signature or company stamp
Shipments outside the EU
Shipments outside the EU need to be accompanied by commercial invoices. Please supply three copies (all originally signed) typewritten on your company letterhead. The details must match those given on the airwaybill and should include:
- Invoice type
- Recipient's name, address and telephone number
- Sender's name, address and telephone number
- Sender's VAT number
- Invoice number
- Date of invoice
- Quantity
- Full description of goods
- Total weight
- Total value and currency
- Country of manufacture
- Type of export (temporary or permanent)
- Declaration
- Signature or company stamp
Download the Word document, overtype the categories with the relevant information and print on your company letterhead.
